If you've not already seen the latest IPB 3.1 blog, you can read it HERE.

What are your thoughts on this latest news? I was pleased to see IPB is listening to its customers and offering some SEO features we have been asking to have included.

I've always had luck driving traffic to my forums from Twitter and seeing that function being integrated within the native IPB code was good news, indeed.

I'm not sure if you're aware, but a number of the changes posted, and some of the others that are coming up, were based on my recommendations. It is great news indeed, I'm delighted to see them taking these issues seriously and fixing the mostly minor flaws to make IP.Board a great piece of software for SEO and social media.

I've also blogged about them, but in much less detail: http://www.dancryer....eo-improvements

I'm pretty pumped about the twitter integration. With already support for facebook, and adding twitter login support also now, I don't see how anyone could seriously consider paid alternatives.

It's great that IPS are taking on board the importance of SEO for some communities. Having the settings present to optimize your board within a few minutes is a most welcomed feature and I await to witness as to how they continually improve this feature.
Kind regards,
Richard Edmonds
